Professor Choi is jointly appointed to the College of Law and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. His scholarship focuses on software safety, the challenges to constructing a workable software liability regime, and data privacy. At Moritz College of Law, Professor Choi teaches patent law, intellectual property, law of cyberspace, and torts. His research has appeared in leading academic journals such as the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, the Washington Law Review, and the Texas Law Review Online.

장성욱 부사장은 카카오모빌리티에서 자율주행 서비스, 로보틱스, 디지털 트윈, 데이터 비즈니스 플랫폼 등 차세대 모빌리티 이니셔티브의 전략, 비즈니스 개발 및 연구를 책임지고 있습니다. 이러한 업무를 수행하면서 생태계 이해관계자들과 함께 모빌리티 혁신의 상용화를 주도하고 있습니다. 현재 장성욱 부사장은 한국자율주행산업협회, 한국자동차공학회, 한국통신학회 이사회에서 활동하고 있습니다. 장성욱 부사장은 미국 캘리포니아 공과대학교(CALTECH)에서 전기공학 박사 및 석사 학위를 취득하였으며, 서울대학교를 수석 졸업했습니다.
Dr. Chang has been in charge of strategy, business development, and R&D for the next mobility initiatives including autonomous services, robotics, digital twin, and data business platform at Kakao Mobility Corp. With these roles, he spearheads the commercialization of mobility innovation along with the ecosystem partners. Currently he is serving as board of directors for Korea Association of Autonomous Mobility Industry, The Korean Society of Automotive Engineers, and The Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees both in Electrical Engineering from CALTECH, and graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University.

Lu Feng is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Virginia. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on assuring the safety and trustworthiness of AI-enabled cyber-physical systems such as automated vehicles and medical devices. She has received multiple awards, including the National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER Award, the National Institute of Health (NIH) NHLBI Big Data Analysis Challenge Winner Award, and the James S. McDonnell Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship Award.

Bryant Walker Smith is an associate professor in the School of Law and (by courtesy) the College of Engineering at the University of South Carolina as well as an affiliate scholar at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School. He is also vice chair of the US Department of Transportation’s Transforming Transportation Advisory Committee. Trained as a lawyer and an engineer, Bryant advises cities, states, countries, and the United Nations on emerging transport technologies. He coauthored the globally influential levels of driving automation, drafted a model state law for automated driving, and taught the first legal course dedicated to automated driving (in 2012).

Jason Kwon is the Chief Strategy Officer at OpenAI, overseeing policy, legal, and social impact research teams. Previously, he was the General Counsel of Y Combinator Continuity, Assistant General Counsel of Khosla Ventures and an Associate Attorney at Goodwin. He was a software engineer and product manager before practicing law. He has a JD from UC Berkeley Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
